Cudley's Home Care Services, Inc. dedication to providing
dependable high quality professional services in setting
high standards for selecting its staff.
Pre-employment screening includes but is not limited
to:
- interviews
- assessment and testing of skills
- minimum of two verified references
- verification of authenticity for all licenses and/or
certificates
- complete physical assessment and pre employment
physical - this includes drug screening and all
pre employment testing as required by New York State
regulations.
Orientation
Orientation for all employees is an important part of
Cudley's Homecare Service, employment requirement, and
must be completed prior to their assignment.

- Patient Rights and Responsibilities
- Patient Confidentiality/HIPAA
- Standard precaution
- Infection Control
